Not many people are big fans of the rain, especially not when it decides to dampen your summer holiday, but you mustn’t let it get to you. If you are a bit cautious about the area you’re visiting then make sure you book a hotel with an indoor pool and plenty of onsite activities.
If it’s too late and you’ve already booked and there are not many on-site facilities to keep you occupied, then remember the weather is s till warm. In some countries people will still swim in the sea, after all they’re already wet.
A walk down the beach in the rain may actually be quite refreshing on a summer holiday, while if you’re visiting Spain or Greece then it is likely to be just showers.
